Our whole aim is to make exceptional Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir that we love, stuff the market driven trends. We then hope to find a few hundred other people in the world who also enjoy our style, but if we don't, then it must be good enough for us to want to drink it all with our friends!
With these wines we have tried to create something truly unique, a celebration of tastes, life and art. In total, depending on the season, only about 950 cases of single vineyard wine are "hand made by us, all the way to the bottle".
